Reservation problem at Dedeman hotel : Good morning, I'm writing you because i can not find the head office of the Dedeman Hotel Group ! I'm struggling now for almost 2 weeks for a reservation made at Dedeman Ski lodge hotel. The reservation receptionist gave me a bank account number to make a pre payment for my reservation. I made this pre payment from my bank in France to yours . According to my bank , the amount is already removed from my account...but your employees are unable to find it , saying the payment didn't come ! This situation is unacceptable, i'm wasting time . Could you solve this issue quickly please. I made the payment from a French bank, to Dedeman bank, in your account in EURO.
